Another young talent slowly making her mark on the scene is the Miami FL native singer/songwriter LyriqTye. The emerging songwriter recently found her way to the mainstream airways in 2011 on Trina's Diamonds Are Forever EP with songs featuring both K. Michelle & Mya. Since then she has then released her 1st solo project "From The Pen to My Pen" which captured the hearts of many. You can most recently hear her some of her work on FACE OFF, the new release from Poe Boe/Atlantic recording artist Brianna Perry. Current single & video "Reality Show" getting a lot of play right now. Stay tuned for LyriqTye's second project "It Is Written" scheduled for release in May of 2012.

Trina Kicks it with Lala in Miami!

Check out Trina kickin it with Lala and friends in Miami. Lala was in Miami over the weekend doing some filming for the second season of her popular reality show "La La's Full Court Life". Many of you may have seen season one of "La La's Full Court Life" which showed La La dealing with new adventures in matrimony and parenthood as she prepared to move back home to New York City. Along the way, La La also juggled her busy acting and television hosting career and sought advice from some of her famous friends, including 50 Cent, Kelly Rowland,Trina, and Serena Williams. Season 2 is scheduled to air in March/April.

Mya Talks 'K.I.S.S.' Deluxe Album, New 'Catty' Single, & Trina Collabo

Christmas has come early for Mya's state-side fans. The Grammy-winning singer and dancer will release the U.S./Canada deluxe version of her seventh studio album, "K.I.S.S.," on Dec. 20. "This is more a gift to the fans," Mya told Billboard.com's The Juice of the project, which was previously released only in Japan.



"K.I.S.S. ("Keep It Sexy and Simple") represents Mya's life today. "It's about being cool and drama-free. And everything I do reflects that," she says. "The people that I associate with, the circle that I keep is real simple and sometimes we think or we're trained to believe that you always have to have more, more, more to make ourselves feel happy or beautiful, but it's the other way around for me. Trina Hosts her 4th Annual Jingle Bell Toy Drive & Dinner

Trina's Diamond Doll Foundation continued their partnership with the Florida Entertainment Summit to organize the 4th Annual Jingle Bell Toy Drive. They teamed up in an effort to bring joy to children in the South Florida area. Trina, overwhelmed with support for the annual toy drive, interacted with fans by dancing, signing autographs and taking endless pictures with supporters.

The evening started with a private dinner sponsored by Live-N-Direct Multimedia, who also surprised Trina with a "Queen of Miami" Cake in celebration of the artist's birthday. Trina jokingly pretended to take a bite of the crown on the "Queen of Miami" cake giving fans and supporters a close up of her jovial spirit.
Birthdays of Live-N-Direct founder, Jerry Bagley and Team Trina's Byron Trice was also celebrated. Atmosphere enhancer to the stars, Mike Christmas, provided the holiday theme décor for the private dinner and Jam Squad DJs, Lucky C, provided the musical direction. The event was sponsored in part by Vibe Magazine, KD Music, Chop Shop, Ace Magazine & E. Mason & Associates.
